We will process all of your medical insurance claims-either electronically or on paper, as applicable, to the respective carriers.

Post payments from carriers and patients

We will post payments from both insurance carriers and patients to the appropriate accounts.

Follow-up calls to carriers on unpaid claims

We will follow up with telephone calls and/or documentation as needed to insure your claims get paid!

Print and Mail Patient Statements

We will create and mail professional-looking patient statements with return envelopes monthly for remaining balances.

Follow up on unpaid claims from previous biller

We will follow up on claims in process from your previous biller, rebilling if necessary.

Collection of past due accounts from patients

Our collections are handled by a third party collections agency. We will transfer this information to them for you.

Coding from patient records

CPT, ICD-9-CM, HCPCS level II and level III coding from patient records for input onto the claim.

Claims/Patient Information

We will email or fax you information, as needed, regarding patient balances and/or claims that need special attention.

Free Software/Claims Data Copy

We offer a free copy of our software and a backup of all claims data. You may view the information and/or print out reports regarding your practice.
