Claims Processing: Cost is either Per-claim or % of Billed Amount. Price is determined by specialty type, and volume & complexity of claims’ billed. Please complete & fax the questionnaire for a price quote and we’ll determine what method is best for you.

Free Software: Upon request we will provide a FREE copy of software that we use for your account. Claim backup data can be sent so you’ll have a current copy of all your patients and billings. (The software company does not allow tech support for free copies.)

Patient Statements: Statements are in color and very professional, with a tear-off top stub and return envelope, which increases reimbursement. Statement allows for credit card payments as well.

Reports: Provider can create Claim/Analysis Reports from the software for free from their office at any time. We can also print and mail requested reports.

Contingency Plan: Mirrored hard drive maintained on a separate, duplicate computer system.

Disaster Recovery: All necessary software & backup data also stored in fireproof & waterproof safe under lock & key with very limited access by personnel.

HIPAA Compliant: Maintaining security and confidentiality standards as required 04/15/03. Evaluating electronic data storage draft requirements and will comply once officially determined. Ready with new electronic transaction standards as of 10/16/2002.

Practice Fee Analysis: We utilize a powerful software tool that can determine appropriate fees for your practices’ procedures. The analysis cost is generally only $55 for most practices. (If your prices are too low, you are losing money!)
